We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Production Supervisor at our Poultry Processing Unit located in Meethirigala.

Position Summary

• Role: Production Supervisor – Poultry Processing Unit

• Employment Type: Full-Time (Willingness to work in Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and supervise daily poultry processing operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely output.

• Monitor production line activities to maintain product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.

• Coordinate with production planning and quality control teams to meet target objectives.

• Adhere to company policies, regulations, and all quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:201, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 2000:2018, HALAL certification, HACCP-GMP, SLS).

• Lead and motivate processing staff to ensure high performance and strict discipline.

• Ensure maintenance of machinery and minimize downtime through proactive coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Technology, Bio Technology, Agri Food Technology, Agricultural Business, or Animal Science from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in poultry or meat processing operations.

Core Competencies & Preferences

• Strong knowledge of poultry processing equipment, hygiene, and safety protocols.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in Night Shifts.

• Male candidates are preferred.
