Position Summary

• Role: Deputy Manager – Business Development (Pet Animal Segment)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

• Support business development initiatives to expand market share.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with veterinarians, distributors, and key clients.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Ensure the availability and effective promotion of pet animal products across all channels.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and awareness programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the pet animal or veterinary pharmaceutical industry.

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role will be an added advantage.

Core Competencies & Skills

• Strong knowledge of pet animal products and market trends.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets within deadlines.
