Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone calls and social media channels.

  • Pick and pack books accurately for showroom collection or customer delivery.

  • Ensure online orders are processed, placed, and dispatched on time and with high accuracy.

  • Work collaboratively as part of the team to maintain efficient service standards and deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L).

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Friendly, welcoming, and supportive attitude towards customers.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala (proficiency in Tamil will be a distinct added advantage).

  • Strong team player with a collaborative working style.

  • Genuine willingness to learn and stay updated on new and upcoming book titles.
