General Conditions & Terms of Employment

• Terms of Employment: Contract basis. Appointments for permanent public/provincial public service officers will follow the releasement provisions stipulated in paragraph 2.3.3 of MSD Circular No. 02/2026.

• Age Limits:

  • Below 60 years for Government and Semi-Government officers.

  • Below 64 years for others.

• Salary & Allowances: Paid in accordance with Management Services Circular No. 02/2026.

• Institutional Recommendation: Applications from permanent public sector employees must be channeled through their respective Head of Institution with formal consent for releasement, or risk rejection.

1. Application Format: Fill out applications strictly according to the format provided in the official circular (Annexure 1 & 2). Submit separate applications if applying for multiple posts.

2. Supporting Documents: Attach certified copies of academic/professional qualifications, transcripts of basic degrees, work experience certificates, and NIC copies. (Only qualifications supported by submitted certificate copies will be considered).

3. Envelope Labeling: Clearly indicate the name of the post and project as it appears in the advertisement on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
