Key Responsibilities & Role Overview
Manage, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations across CTC and Orthodox tea factory units.
Monitor quality control measures throughout the green leaf processing, withering, rolling, fermentation, drying, sorting, and grading stages.
Ensure optimal machinery performance, adherence to safety standards, and efficient factory administration.
Maintain comprehensive production logs, yield records, and workforce deployment schedules to meet organizational targets.
