Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidates must hold a UGC-recognized university degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Business Management, or Marketing Management, along with at least 1 year of supervisory-level work experience in a relevant field.
• OR candidates must possess a diploma in Business Development, Business Administration, or Marketing Management (with a minimum study period of 1 year) from a recognized institution, combined with at least 4 years of supervisory-level work experience in a relevant field.
• Applicants must be under 45 years of age.

Salary & Allowances:

• The salary scale for the TSL III position is: 35,200 - 560 x 10 - 610 x 11 - 670 x 10 = 54,210.00.
• The Society will also provide additional allowances.
