Key Responsibilities & Job Duties

• Acquire new High Net-Worth (HNW) banking relationships and maintain superior service standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Achieve established financial and sales targets, monitor actual performance regularly, and execute timely remedial actions to manage shortfalls effectively.

• Contribute actively to the initiation and implementation of strategic initiatives for cross-selling and up-selling banking products.

• Efficiently manage and maintain customer portfolios and Elite client profiles while strictly adhering to internal compliance policies and KYC guidelines.

• Proactively build robust relationships with high net-worth clients, cultivating customer confidence and a positive organizational perception.

• Actively engage in unit operations to ensure positive audit ratings and compliance with operational standards.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility Criteria

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 7 to 8 years of banking experience, with strong exposure to branch banking and relationship management.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Full or part qualification in Finance, Marketing, or Banking; OR a recognized Degree in Management.

Knowledge & Competencies

• Comprehensive understanding of industry competitors, changing regulatory frameworks, compliance functions, KYC / AML regulations, and internal banking operations.

• Smart, intelligent demeanor with a pleasing and professional personality.

• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal communication skills and fluency in English and Sinhala languages.
