General Eligibility & Conditions

• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.

• Fitness & Character: Must be physically and mentally fit to discharge duties across any part of the island, possessing an excellent moral character.

• Allowances: Cost of Living Allowance and other UGC-approved allowances will be paid in addition to the basic salary.

3. Hard Copy Submission: Send the printed online application along with supportive documents (Birth Certificate, NIC, educational/professional certificates) and the original paid bank slip via Registered Post.

4. Envelope Label: Clearly indicate the Post Applied For on the top left-hand corner of the envelope. (Separate applications and bank slips are required if applying for multiple posts).

5. Public Sector Applicants: Employees in government departments, state corporations, statutory bodies, or the university system must forward their applications through their respective Head of Institution.
