Key purpose of the Job

The Executive - Counsellor is responsible for improving employee morale, work satisfaction and the psychosocial resilience of employees by addressing their mental health, social and work-related issues. The role holder is responsible for providing confidential counselling services to staff and associates at the plant and works with the HR team to promote harmonious working environment in the plant.Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide counselling support to staff and associates at the plant 

2. Maintain up-to-date counselling and training records, reports etc. and present the findings to internal stakeholders, as needed  

3. Collaborate with relevant plant teams to increase awareness of mental wellness and improve working environment in the plant 

Education

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with additional certification in Counselling

Experience

2 to 4 years of counselling experience. Fluency in the local language
