Key purpose of the Job

As Intern – Human Resources, you will be reporting to the Assistant Manager - Human Resources. You will be required to facilitate and support the recruitment, employee engagement, leave management, training and development and HR services activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support payroll operations, recruitment activities, and the preparation of EPF/ETF documentation

• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters

• Coordinate company events and support employee welfare initiatives

• Maintain and manage employee documentation, ensuring accuracy, timely distribution, and preparation of HR reports for management

Education

An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized university or institute

Experience

A dynamic, self-motivated individual with a willingness to take on new challenges

Excellent communication skills in English, with strong networking and interpersonal abilities

A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
