Key purpose of the Job

As Executive - Production, you will be reporting to the Manager - Production. You will facilitate the effective utilization of resources within the department and be responsible for  sewing modules to deliver on planned production targets in line with expected quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager – Production to ensure plant targets are met as per customer standards and production plan

• Handle customer complaints/issues promptly and provide solutions to problem situations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/their representatives and other departments

• Drive optimum workforce productivity while keeping teams motivated and ensuring compliance

Education

Bachelors Degree in Production / Engineering or related field

Experience

Be technically competent to work together with the rest of the Technical teams in identifying and finding solutions to the problems faced in the manufacturing process​

Possess excellent communication skills to co-ordinate with the customer and cross-functional departments
