Role Summary

As an Intern – Operations, you will report directly to the Assistant Manager – Operations. You will perform statistical analysis by maintaining operational records and dashboards, communicate data and management information systems (MIS) to senior management, and collaborate closely with daily operations within the Finishing Plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and compile operational data and information on a weekly basis.

• Build, update, and manage operational databases within the facility.

• Maintain and monitor operational statistical dashboards.

• Prepare analytical presentations for management regarding finishing plant operations.

• Perform data classification and analysis related to customer requirements and internal stakeholders.

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards utilizing Power BI and advanced Excel applications.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's Degree (completed or pursuing final year) in:

  • Statistics

  • Physical Science

  • Mathematics

  • Clothing Technology

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical mindset, logical reasoning, and a solid mathematical background.

• Sound practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• High computer literacy with hands-on proficiency in MS Office, specifically Power BI and PowerPoint.

• Collaborative mindset and team player capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
