Demonstrator

The Department of Management Studies, within the Faculty of Indigenous Social Sciences and Management Studies at the Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine, Sri Lanka, is seeking dedicated and qualified academics for the position of Temporary Demonstrator in Management. This role offers an opportunity to gain university-level teaching, tutorial support, and academic administration experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tutorials, practical sessions, and classroom demonstrations for undergraduate students under senior academic guidance.

• Support academic staff with course administration, grading, and continuous assessment evaluations.

• Assist undergraduate students with academic inquiries and tutorial coursework.

• Help organize departmental workshops, academic seminars, and curriculum activities.

• Perform additional academic and administrative tasks assigned by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must possess a Special / Honours Degree in the field of Management.

• Must have obtained a First Class or Second Class Upper Division.
