Job Title: Computer Data Operator (Grade III - Code: OPL-2)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle computerized data entry, record maintenance, and database management tasks for the cooperative society.

• Process operational and administrative documents efficiently using digital tools.

• Assist departments with IT-related coordination and routine reporting.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility

• Educational Qualifications: Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination in not more than two sittings with passes in 6 subjects, including Credits for Mathematics, Sinhala/Tamil Language, and English Language.

• Professional Qualifications: Must possess an NVQ Level III certificate in Information Technology from a government-recognized institution.

• Age Limit: Between 18 and 45 years (Age limits do not apply to applicants currently employed in other cooperative societies, subject to proper channel submission).

Salary Scale & Benefits

• Salary Scale: (OPL-2) Rs. 34,000 - 400x5 - 500x5 - 600x10 - 700x10 - 800x12 - Rs. 61,100

• Additional Benefits: Approved salary scales and allowances by the Southern Province Cooperative Employees Commission, along with Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), Trust Fund (ETF), and Cooperative Employees Pension contributions.
