Freelance Sales & Marketing | Remote

DETZ Global is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with clients, finding business opportunities, and turning enquiries into sales. This opportunity suits proactive candidates who can work independently and want to earn based on their results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify potential clients and generate leads for DETZ Global’s services.

• Contact prospective clients through calls, email, social media, and professional networks.

• Understand client requirements and introduce suitable services.

• Follow up on enquiries and quotations to help convert leads into confirmed sales.

• Build and maintain positive client relationships.

• Coordinate with the internal team on client requirements and proposals.

• Work towards agreed sales targets.

• Maintain accurate lead records and report your progress.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive approach to sales and marketing.

• Confidence in speaking with new clients.

• The ability to organise follow-ups and work independently.

• Timely communication, reliability, and a focus on results.

• Access to a phone, a computer, and a reliable internet connection.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

Work Arrangement & Earnings

The first six months will be a freelance, remote, commission-based engagement. Earnings depend on completed targets; there is no fixed basic salary during this period.

• 10 completed targets: LKR 50,000.

• Below 10 targets: LKR 5,000 per completed target.

• 15 completed targets: LKR 90,000.

• 20 completed targets: LKR 130,000.

Applicable additional commissions and allowances, along with the definition of a completed target and payment terms, will be explained during recruitment.

After successful completion of the six-month period, candidates who meet the agreed performance requirements will transition to permanent employment with a fixed basic salary, incentives, and allowances.
