Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods responsibly and securely.

• Issue receipts, invoices, and ensure all daily transactions are recorded correctly.

• Keep the checkout counter and cashier area clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Assist with general showroom and customer service duties when required.

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum Education: O-Level qualification.

• Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, pleasant, and approachable attitude.

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a dynamic team.
