Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in discovering books and other products tailored to their needs.

• Actively promote products and maximize sales opportunities within the store.

• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming store environment at all times.

• Efficiently restock books and other merchandise as required.

• Collaborate effectively as part of a friendly team to achieve store goals.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum Education: O-Level qualification.

• Age Limit: Between 20 and 35 years.

• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, pleasant, and approachable attitude.

• Passion for Reading: A genuine interest in reading and knowledge of books will be a distinct added advantage.

• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
