Our goal is to deliver exceptional products and an unforgettable customer experience both in physical stores and online.Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Analyst to join our team in Maharagama.

Responsibilities

Analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Job Scope-Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for retail and manufacturing operations.

Collaborate closely with teams to optimize processes and recommend improvements for retail stores, e-commerce, and manufacturing workflows.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform business strategies.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.

Provide actionable insights using data visualization and reporting tools.

Work with IT and software development teams to implement ERP, POS, or inventory management systems.

Exposure to ODOO ERP will be a definite advantage.

Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to support business decisions.

Facilitate cross-functional communication between departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in apparel retail and manufacturing.

Lead stock takes in collaboration with the finance team.

Provide support to the online retail and marketing teams with Shopify backend modifications.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in business processes and business requirements documentation.

Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Prior experience with ERP systems is a plus.
