Summary of Key Qualifications & Requirements

• 1. Supervisor (Electrical) Grade III: National Certificate in Technology (NCT) or equivalent with 3 years' experience, OR G.C.E. (O/L) with 5 years' experience as a supervisor. (Age: 18–45 years)

• 2. Swimming Pool Supervisor Grade III: G.C.E. (O/L) with 5 credits (including Maths & Language/Literature) + G.C.E. (A/L) in 2 subjects, plus recognized certifications in swimming/teaching strokes, first aid/lifeguard, and computer literacy.

• 3. Gymnasium Supervisor Grade III: G.C.E. (O/L) with 5 credits + G.C.E. (A/L) in 2 subjects, plus skills/certificates in exercise machine maintenance, session planning, first aid, and computer literacy.

• 4. Marshal Grade II: A recognized University degree with specific physical standards (Male: Height 5'5", Chest 32"; Female: Height 5'4") with preference for military/police or sports experience, OR former armed forces/police officers of Major rank or equivalent. (Age: 30–45 years)

• 5. Technical Officer Grade II Seg. A (Health Center): National Diploma in Technology, HND in Engineering/relevant field, or 2-year full-time diploma with 1 year experience specifically in Medical Laboratory Technology. (Age: 18–45 years)

• 6, 7 & 8. Management Assistants (Store-Keeping / Book-Keeping / Shroff): G.C.E. (O/L) in 6 subjects at one sitting with 3 credits (Sinhala/Tamil, English, Mathematics) + passes in all A/L subjects at one sitting, alongside post-specific stream qualifications (e.g., Commerce/Accountancy stream or specific technical diplomas). (Age: 18–30 years)

• 9. Assistant Farm Manager: Special Degree in Agriculture or a 2-year Diploma in Agriculture with 3 years of field experience. (Age: 18–45 years)

• 10. Technical Officer (Mechanical) Grade III: 3 passes at G.C.E. (A/L) in Physical Science or Engineering Tech/ICT stream, plus an N.V.Q. Level 5 Certificate of Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering. (Age: 18–45 years)
