About the Project
The Promoting Resilience & Opportunity for Inclusive Recovery Sector Development Programme (PROIR-SDP) is a USD 100 million national initiative designed to support poor and vulnerable populations across Sri Lanka. The primary objective of this 5-year project is to strengthen the resilience and overall well-being of targeted beneficiaries.
The Ministry is currently seeking dynamic, qualified, and experienced citizens of Sri Lanka to fill key leadership and technical positions within the Project Management Unit (PMU).

Salaries for all positions will be determined in accordance with the Department of Management Services (DMS) Circular No. 02/2026 (dated 28th March 2026).

Key Requirements & General Conditions
Basic Qualifications: Must fulfill the basic qualifications and experience stipulated in DMS Circular No. 02/2026 as of the closing date.
Age Limit: Applicants must be below sixty-two (62) years of age as of the closing date of applications.
Experience: Proven working experience in a similar or higher capacity within a donor-funded project is required.
Added Advantages:
Extensive knowledge in Procurement/Accounting, Business & Value Chain Development, Marketing, Livelihood Development, Social Development, or Elderly Care.
Relevant professional qualifications.
Core Competencies:
High proficiency in English and excellent computer literacy.
Strong familiarity with government rules and regulations.
