1. Engineer - Mechanical (01 Post)

  • Option 1: Rs. 240,000/= + Cost of Living (COL) Allowance

  • Option 2: Rs. 190,000/= + COL Allowance

  • Option 3: Rs. 180,000/= + COL Allowance

• Qualifications & Experience by Option:

  • Option 1 Requirements:

    1. A Bachelor’s Degree/UGC-approved equivalent qualification in the relevant field + Associate Membership/Professional qualification + at least 05 years of experience in the relevant field; OR

    2. Class II/III or above officer of government All-Island Services/similar status + at least 05 years of experience in a Class II/III post.

  • Option 2 Requirements:

    1. A Bachelor’s Degree/UGC-approved equivalent qualification + Associate Membership/Professional qualification + at least 02 years of experience in the relevant field; OR

    2. Class II/III or above government All-Island Services officer + at least 03 years of experience in a Class II/III post.

  • Option 3 Requirements:

    1. A Bachelor’s Degree/UGC-approved equivalent qualification + Associate Membership/Professional qualification in the relevant field.

2. Management Assistant (01 Post)

• Salary: Rs. 69,015/= + COL Allowance (Salary Code: MSD Circular 02/2026 & Public Administration Circular 10/2025)

• Qualifications:

  • Passed G.C.E. (O/L) in six (06) subjects in one sitting with credit passes for four (04) subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English Language, and Mathematics; AND

  • Passed three (03) subjects (other than General English) at the G.C.E. (A/L) examination; AND

  • A Diploma in Computer Studies or English from a recognized Government/Private institution approved by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (minimum duration 6 months) or an equivalent qualification.
