Project: Eppawala, Giribawa, Rajanganaya and Nochchiyagama Integrated Water Supply Project Stage I
Basis: Project Contract Basis (Initially for 1 year with annual renewal based on performance)

📌 Available Positions & Detailed Requirements
1. Chief Engineer - Civil (02 Posts)
Salary: Rs. 295,000/= + Cost of Living (COL) Allowance (Salary Code: C in MSD Circular: 02/2026)
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field + Associate Membership/Professional Qualification + at least 8 years of managerial experience; OR
Corporate membership/similar professional qualification + at least 6 years of managerial experience; OR
Class I Officer of government All-Island Services/similar status + Associate Membership + at least 2 years of experience in a Class I post.
2. Chief Engineer - Mechanical & Electrical / M&E (01 Post)
Salary: Rs. 295,000/= + COL Allowance (Salary Code: C in MSD Circular: 02/2026)
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field + Associate Membership/Professional Qualification + at least 8 years of managerial experience; OR
Corporate membership/similar professional qualification + at least 6 years of managerial experience; OR
Class I Officer of government All-Island Services/similar status + Associate Membership + at least 2 years of experience in a Class I post.
3. Engineer - Civil (04 Posts)
Options & Salaries:
Option 1: Rs. 250,000/= + COL Allowance (Salary Code: D / Engineer I)
Option 2: Rs. 180,000/= + COL Allowance (Salary Code: D / Engineer III)
Key Qualifications:
For Option 1: UGC-approved Engineering Degree + Associate Membership + 6 years of experience, OR Class II/III government officer status with 6 years of experience.
For Option 2: UGC-approved Engineering Degree + Associate Membership/Professional qualification.
4. Engineer - Mechanical & Electrical / M&E (01 Post)
Options & Salaries:
Option 1: Rs. 250,000/= + COL Allowance (Salary Code: D / Engineer I)
Option 2: Rs. 180,000/= + COL (Salary Code: D / III)
Key Qualifications:
For Option 1: UGC-approved Degree + Associate Membership + 6 years of experience, OR Class II/III government officer with 6 years of experience.
For Option 2: UGC-approved Degree + Associate Membership/Professional qualification.
5. Quantity Surveyor (02 Posts)
Salary: Rs. 250,000/= + COL (Salary Code: D in MSD Circular: 02/2026)
Key Qualifications:
UGC-approved Degree in the relevant field + Associate Membership + 6 years of experience; OR
Class II/III or above officer of government All-Island Services + 6 years of experience in the post.
6. Project Accountant (01 Post)
Salary: Rs. 250,000/= + COL (Salary Code: D1 in MSD Circular: 02/2026)
Key Qualifications:
UGC-approved Degree + Passed Licentiate II / Intermediate / Certificate II / Business Level / Corporate Level of CASL or equivalent professional qualification + 6 years post-qualifying experience; OR
Associate Membership/similar professional qualification + 3 years of experience; OR
Class II/III government All-Island Services officer status + 6 years of experience.
7. Engineering Assistant - Civil (10 Posts)
Options & Salaries:
Option 1: Rs. 150,000/= + COL Allowance (Salary Code: F / Technical Officer I)
Option 2: Rs. 110,000/= + COL Allowance (Salary Code: F / Technical Officer II)
Key Qualifications: NVQ Level 7 (with 2 years experience for Option 1), NVQ Level 6 (with 5 years for Opt 1 / 3 years for Opt 2), or NVQ Level 5 (with 8 years for Opt 1 / 6 years for Opt 2), or equivalent UGC-recognized Bachelor's Degree.
8. Engineering Assistant - Electrical (01 Post)
Options & Salaries:
Option 1: Rs. 150,000/= + COL Allowance (Salary Code: F / Technical Officer I)
Option 2: Rs. 110,000/= + COL Allowance (Salary Code: F / Technical Officer II)
Key Qualifications: NVQ Level 5, 6, or 7 certificates with corresponding specialized experience, or an equivalent UGC-approved Degree.
9. Project Secretary (01 Post)
Salary: Rs. 150,000/= + COL (Salary Code: F in MSD Circular: 02/2026)
Key Qualifications: G.C.E. (O/L) with 6 subjects (4 credits including English and Sinhala/Tamil) + G.C.E. (A/L) with 3 subjects + Secretarial course/Chartered Secretary examinations pathway + 3 years of experience.
10. Accounts Clerk (01 Post)
Salary: Rs. 69,015/= + COL (MSD Circular 02/2026 & Public Administration Circular 10/2025)
Key Qualifications: Passed first exam of CASL/CIMA/ACCA, second exam of HNDA, CMA, or full qualification of AAT (not below NVQ 5).
11. Management Assistant (03 Posts)
Salary: Rs. 69,015/= + COL (MSD Circular 02/2026 & Public Administration Circular 10/2025)
Key Qualifications: G.C.E. (O/L) in 6 subjects with 4 credits (including Sinhala/Tamil, English, Mathematics) + 3 passes at G.C.E. (A/L) + Diploma in Computer Studies/English (minimum 6 months).

All engineering degree qualifications must be 4-year B.Sc. Engineering degrees issued by a University approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka and recognized by the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL) as satisfying educational requirements for Associate Membership.
