Drive leasing and financial product sales to achieve monthly branch and regional targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with vehicle dealers, corporate clients, and individual customers.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the active client base for leasing and loan products.
Guide customers through documentation, credit evaluations, and facility approvals in compliance with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely collections and customer follow-ups.

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the banking, finance, or leasing sector (experience level determines appointment as Executive or Senior Executive).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English.
Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or within a high-performing team.
Valid riding/driving license is an added advantage for field marketing operations.
