VS One World is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support the delivery of complex digital solutions, including AI-enabled products and enterprise platforms.

We are looking for a self-driven professional who can take ownership of business analysis activities, work with minimal supervision, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, challenge assumptions, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Lead requirement discovery, stakeholder workshops, and business analysis activities.

• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, process flows, and clear acceptance criteria.

• Analyze existing systems, workflows, integrations, and functional gaps.

• Manage requirement priorities, traceability, and backlog readiness.

• Facilitate refinement sessions and support estimation and release planning.

• Work closely with product, UI/UX, engineering, QE, and DevOps teams.

• Proactively identify requirement gaps, dependencies, risks, and unresolved decisions.

• Support solution demonstrations, UAT, and business acceptance.

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Leverage GenAI tools for research, requirement analysis, documentation, and productivity improvements.

• Use AI to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, process scenarios, and meeting summaries.

• Apply AI-assisted analysis to identify requirement gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases.

• Critically validate AI-generated outputs while maintaining data confidentiality.

• Demonstrate practical examples of how AI has improved previous BA work.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• 5+ years of professional Business Analysis experience.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively drive activities while collaborating effectively with the team.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to challenge assumptions, manage ambiguity, and drive decisions.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and software delivery practices.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirements management.

• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS, digital transformation, or AI-enabled products is an advantage.

• Domain Knowledge in e-Learning is an added advantage.
