Key Responsibilities

As the Executive Graphic Designer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conceptualising and designing engaging visuals for social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials for college campaigns and student events.

• Supporting brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.

• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to contribute fresh, creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

• Preparing and formatting designs for various platforms, ensuring high-quality outputs.

• Managing multiple design requests efficiently while meeting strict corporate deadlines.

• Staying up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in design.

Candidate Requirements & Profile

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a graphic design role.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

  • Familiarity with AI design tools is an added advantage.

• Soft Skills: Thorough attention to detail, visual consistency, excellent communication, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
