OPEN COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION FOR RECRUITMENT TO GRADE III OF MANAGEMENT SERVICE OFFICERS' SERVICE – 2026

The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government is calling for applications for the Open and Limited Competitive Examinations for recruitment to Grade III of the Management Service Officers' Service. 

Eligible Sri Lankan citizens between the ages of 18 and 30, who have successfully passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level and Advanced Level examinations in one sitting, are invited to apply. 

The selection process involves a written examination testing language proficiency and aptitude, which will be conducted by the Commissioner General of Examinations in December 2026. Interested candidates must submit their applications online through the Department of Examinations website (www.doenets.lk) on or before September 25, 2026.
