Key Responsibilities

As the Hospital Operational Manager, your core duties will include:

• Overseeing and managing daily hospital operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve hospital performance, productivity, and service quality.

• Monitoring and evaluating hospital operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensuring full compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety requirements.

• Coordinating with medical, nursing, ancillary, administrative, and supporting departments to ensure seamless hospital operations.

• Managing operational budgets, cost control, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, service development, and patient satisfaction enhancement.

• Leading, developing, and evaluating operational teams to promote accountability and continuous improvement.

Candidate Qualifications & Profile

To qualify for this leadership position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Public Health, Business Management, or a related field (A Master's Degree in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management is an added advantage).

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital operations, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in managing multispecialty or private hospitals is a distinct advantage.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety.

  • Proven experience in hospital operational management, budgeting, cost efficiency, and performance improvement.

  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills
