Position Overview

MILCO (Pvt) Ltd invites applications from qualified employees currently in permanent service to fill the post of Dairy Instructor (MA 2-3). This role is responsible for coordinating field activities, managing milk collection logistics, supervising chilling center operations, and supporting dairy development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• FMS Coordination: Coordinate, supervise, and monitor Farm Management System (FMS) activities while organizing new FMS units.

• Route Supervision: Oversee and monitor milk collection routes to ensure smooth and efficient procurement.

• Facility Coordination: Coordinate effectively between Milk Chilling Centers (MCCs) and Raw Milk (RM) offices.

• Development Activities: Organize, monitor, and execute regional development initiatives.

• Operations Oversight: Supervise daily operational activities at Milk Chilling Centers.

• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare official documents, letters, and progress reports accurately and ensure timely submission of required data.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Employment Status: Must be a confirmed employee currently in permanent service at MILCO (Pvt) Ltd.

• Professional / Technical Qualification: Must possess a Certificate of Proficiency in Agriculture, Livestock, or Animal Husbandry.

• NVQ Standard: The qualification must be not below National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 5, issued by a technical or vocational training institute accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).
