Position Overview

MILCO (Pvt) Ltd is inviting applications from qualified internal employees currently in permanent service to fill the post of Sales Supervisor (MA 2-3). The role is focused on driving market presence, optimizing distribution networks, supporting retail availability, and achieving corporate sales targets.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Distributor Guidance & Target Achievement: Assist, mentor, and guide distributors to meet and exceed allocated sales targets.

• Sales Promotion & Development: Plan and organize strategic sales development activities to increase brand reach and revenue.

• Retail Availability: Ensure consistent and uninterrupted availability of MILCO products across retail shops and distribution channels.

• Market Intelligence: Gather timely market information, competitor insights, and consumer trends to optimize field effectiveness and operational efficiency.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare, update, and maintain detailed sales records and progress reports.

• Data Management: Ensure all required sales data, field analytics, and performance reports are submitted accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Permanent Service: Must be a confirmed employee currently in permanent service at MILCO (Pvt) Ltd.

• Educational / Professional Qualification: Must possess a Certificate of Proficiency in a Diploma (one year or above in duration) in:

  • Sales

  • Marketing Management

  • Brand Management

  • Digital Marketing

• NVQ Standard: The diploma qualification must not be below National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 5.
