- Botany / Plant Biotechnology: BSc (Hons/Special) in Botany or Plant Biotechnology with First or Second Class (Upper Division); skills in microbiology, molecular biology, and plant biotechnology prioritized.
- Agriculture: BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Technology and Management or BSc (Hons) in Agriculture with First or Second Class (Upper Division); knowledge of plant tissue culture and medicinal plant identification/cultivation prioritized.
