• Employment Basis: Full-time on a contract basis (in terms of Management Services Department Circular No. 02/2026).

• Junior Civil Engineer (II): Category D (01 Vacancy)
• Management Assistant: Supportive Staff (01 Vacancy)
• Remuneration & Qualifications:
• Salaries and basic qualifications comply with MSD Circular No. 02/2026 and Public Administration Circular No. 10/2025.

• General Eligibility:
• Applicants must be Sri Lankan citizens under 64 years of age.
• Proficiency in English, computer literacy, and familiarity with government regulations are mandatory.
• Experience working on foreign-funded projects in Sri Lanka is considered an added advantage.
• Current public/semi-government sector employees must forward applications through their respective heads of department.
