Job Vacancy: Flight Crew – A320/A330 First Officers – SriLankan Airlines

• Employment Basis: Initial one-year fixed-term contract (opportunity for absorption into the permanent cadre based on performance)
• Eligibility: Exclusively open to Sri Lankan citizens

Key Qualifications & Flight Experience

• Licence & Medical: Current ATPL recognized by CAASL with Instrument Rating (IR), and a current Class 1 Medical under the same licensing authority.
• Type Rating: Current Type Rating on Airbus A320 or A330.
• Total Flight Time: Minimum 2,000 total flying hours on aircraft with Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50,000 kg (e.g., commercial jet aircraft such as A320 or equivalent/higher).
• Time on Type: Minimum 500 P2 hours on type (A320 or A330) or an equivalent combination of both.
• Language Proficiency: Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above.
