• Assistant Director – Finance (01 Vacancy – Head Office):
• Salary Scale: MM 1-3: LKR (96,650 – 10×2,480 – 15×3,450 – 173,200) + allowances.
• Age Limit: 32 to 45 years as of 01.10.2026.
• Qualifications (External): UGC-recognized Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Management OR Intermediate qualification from ICASL/CIMA/ACCA/CMA + minimum 5 years post-qualifying managerial experience in financial management in government, state corporations, statutory boards, or reputed institutions.
• Internal Path: Meet external criteria OR minimum 2 years satisfactory service in Grade I of JM 1-1 category in the relevant field.
• Role: Administration and supervision of all financial affairs of the Commission.
• Legal Officer (05 Vacancies – Western: 02, Northern: 01, Southern: 01, Eastern: 01):
• Salary Scale: MM 1-1: LKR (91,690 – 10×2,480 – 15×3,450 – 168,240) + allowances.
• Age Limit: 25 to 45 years as of 07.10.2026.
• Qualifications: Active professional experience of not less than 3 years as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka after taking oaths.
• Role: Represent clients in courts for the Commission and execute legal duties.
• Internal Audit Officer – Grade II (01 Vacancy – Head Office):
• Salary Scale: JM 1-1: LKR (72,650 – 10×1,360 – 18×2,040 – 122,970) + allowances.
• Age Limit: 22 to 45 years as of 01.10.2026 (upper limit waived for internal candidates).
• Qualifications (External): UGC-recognized Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce OR Intermediate exam pass from a recognized Chartered Professional Institute.
• Internal Path: Meet external criteria OR minimum 5 years satisfactory service in Grade II of MA 1-2 category in the relevant field.
• Role: Execute audit, administrative, and financial management duties.
• Management Assistant – Non-Technical – Grade III (05 Vacancies – Western: 03, Northern: 02):
• Salary Scale: MA 1-2: LKR (46,220 – 10×540 – 7×630 – 12×1,080 – 12×1,280 – 84,350) + allowances.
• Age Limit: 18 to 45 years as of 01.10.2026.
• Qualifications (External): Passed G.C.E. O/L in 6 subjects in one sitting with 4 credits (including Sinhala/Tamil and Mathematics) + passed at least 3 subjects at G.C.E. A/L (excluding General Common Test).
• Internal Path: Confirmed Primary Service Class employees with 5 years continuous satisfactory service and meeting the O/L criteria.
• Skills: Excellent computer literacy and typing skills in Sinhala/Tamil/English.
