• Remuneration & Benefits (All Posts):
• Salary Scale: LKR 66,470 – 10 × 1,720 – 15 × 2,390 – 119,520/- (Gross monthly remuneration approximately LKR 171,879/- including basic salary, drug security allowance, performance allowance, transport allowance, and special allowance).
• Additional Perks: Monthly attendance incentive, unutilized leave encashment, annual bonus, medical insurance (indoor/hospitalization coverage for employee and family), and lunch allowance.

Available Positions & Requirements

• Manager – Research & New Projects (MM 1.1 Grade II):
• Qualifications: UGC-recognized Bachelor's Degree or B.Sc. Special Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent recognized degree.
• Skills & Experience: Computer literacy + at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience in planning within a government corporation, board, statutory body, or reputed private company.
• Manager – Quality Assurance Laboratory (MM 1.1 Grade II):
• Qualifications: UGC-recognized B.Sc. General Degree (with Chemistry) or B.Sc. Special Degree in Chemistry, or an equivalent recognized degree (background in Analytical Chemistry is preferred).
• Skills & Experience: Computer literacy + at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience in analytical chemistry, technical evaluation, or pharmaceutical quality assurance in a government institution, statutory body, or reputed private entity.
• Legal Officer (MM 1.1 Grade II):
• Qualifications: Sworn Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of active legal practice or professional legal experience after being sworn in, gained in the courts, a government department, corporation, board, statutory body, or recognized private institution.
