• Salary Scale: HM 2-1-2025: LKR 161,140 – 219,340.
• Age Limit: 35 – 55 years.
• Senior Manager Category (HM 1-3) – 03 Posts:
• Roles: Director (Finance), Director (Legal & Regulation Framework), Director (Licensing & Monitoring).
• Requirements: Relevant Degree/Attorney-at-Law + Master’s or Chartered Membership + 13 years managerial experience (or Fellow membership for Finance).
• Salary Scale: HM 1-3-2025: LKR 152,500 – 214,000.
