Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes in a dairy manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance processes in a dairy manufacturing plant.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality systems.
- Manage audits and work with regulatory bodies.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a dairy manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing, food safety regulations, and quality systems.
- Experience in managing audits and working with regulatory bodies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
