✅ Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering

✅ Technical Mastery:
- UHT processing systems & aseptic packaging
- Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
- Automation technologies
✅ Certifications: Knowledge of food safety (HACCP/GMP)
✅ Leadership: Strong team management and cross-functional coordination skills
