✅ Your Quality Mission:
✔ Standards Guardian: Implement and maintain quality systems (BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000)
✔ Problem Solver: Identify quality issues and implement permanent corrective actions
✔ Innovation Partner: Collaborate on new product development for quality robustness
✔ Customer Advocate: Manage customer-specific requirements and provide technical support
✔ Continuous Improvement Leader: Conduct process audits and drive quality culture initiatives
✔ Stakeholder Collaborator: Work cross-functionally to resolve quality challenges
🎯 We’re Looking For:
✅ Education: Degree/Diploma in Food Science/Quality/Science/Agriculture
✅ Experience:
- 5+ years in FMCG/Food Manufacturing (3+ years in QA leadership)
- Hands-on with ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, BSCI standards
✅ Skills: - Strong food safety & quality systems knowledge
- Excellent English communication
- Proficient in MS Office
- Audit and compliance expertise
💰 Salary Range: LKR 120,000 – 150,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
