About Us:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Executive/Senior Executive to join our team in Ragama. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our FMCG/Food & Beverages operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in Quality Management (BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000) and ensure all relevant standards are consistently met.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly to minimize impact on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate on new product developments to ensure product robustness and implement best practices for defect prevention and continuous improvement.
• Manage customer-specific requirements and provide technical support for complex projects.
• Identify product quality issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve quality issues efficiently and maintain high safety standards.
• Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support in improving and maintaining the organization’s quality culture.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity in a food manufacturing environment.
• Degree/Diploma in Quality, Food Science, Science, Agriculture, or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university or institute.
• Sound knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, SA8000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, and BSCI.
• Experience in food safety management, environmental management, occupational health & safety, and social accountability.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and effective communication skills in English.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range of LKR 120,000 – 150,000 (negotiable).
