✅ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Quality Leadership: Oversee and enforce quality standards across all production stages.
✔ Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, and other food safety regulations.
✔ Process Improvement: Develop and refine QA procedures to enhance product consistency.
✔ Audit & Inspection: Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external certification bodies.
✔ Problem-Solver: Investigate quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
✔ Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze quality metrics and report findings to drive continuous improvement.

🔎 Who We’re Looking For:

📜 Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC).
• Experience in a fast-paced culinary/production environment (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Leadership & communication skills to collaborate across teams.
