🔍 Your Mission:

As the QA Manager, you’ll be the guardian of quality, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. Your expertise will shape our processes, inspire our team, and strengthen our reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead Compliance: Maintain and elevate Global GAP, occupational health, safety, and environmental policies.
✔ Quality Champion: Oversee raw materials, processes, and finished products to meet regulatory and food safety standards.
✔ Audit & Improve: Conduct quality audits, analyze non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
✔ Collaborate & Communicate: Liaise with external bodies, authorities, and consumers on quality matters.
✔ Empower the Team: Organize training programs and ensure annual testing requirements are met.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Management, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of QA Manager experience in food processing or agriculture.
  • Expertise in Quality System Certifications (Global GAP, SIGAP, GMP).
  • Strong analytical, managerial, and documentation skills.
