Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive – Health & Safety to join our team. This role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and contributing to the development of safety protocols at our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Safety Officer in preparing health and safety plans.
- Support the Safety Officer in preparing the site for ISO certification.
- Contribute to the development of health and safety protocols.
- Conduct daily site visits with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Participate in monthly health and safety internal audits.
- Conduct regular fire drills, evacuation drills, and other safety drills.
- Arrange and coordinate training for site workers and staff on health and safety practices.
Personal Profile:
- Diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Safety, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and ISO certification processes.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with consultants, site teams, and other stakeholders.
