As our QA Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring every product meets rigorous aerospace standards and exceeds customer expectations. Your leadership will shape our processes, inspire our team, and safeguard our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Champion Compliance: Develop and maintain QMS standards aligned with AS9100, CAA Part 21G, and ISO 14001 (EMS).
✔ Guardian of Quality: Oversee product development, manufacturing, and delivery to ensure adherence to industry regulations and customer specs.
✔ Audit & Optimize: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring certifications are upheld and processes are flawless.
✔ Mentor & Inspire: Train and mentor QA teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
✔ Customer Advocate: Resolve quality concerns and collaborate with clients to deliver unmatched satisfaction.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7-10 years of QA experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing (non-negotiable).
- Expertise in AS9100, ISO 9001, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in quality tools, statistical software, and tech-driven solutions.
- Fluent in English with strong leadership and computer literacy.
