🔍 Your Role: Connecting Quality with Customer Excellence

You’ll be the vital link between our production teams and customers, ensuring smooth coordination, timely deliveries, and top-notch service. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Color & Sample Coordination: Develop seasonal color palettes and manage swatch collection for lab development.
✔ Production Liaison: Work closely with wet lab, commercial teams, and sample coordinators to prioritize urgent orders.
✔ System Management: Accurately enter sample data into WBA system and utilize SAP/Color Stitch/Sedo Master applications.
✔ Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with stakeholders to keep production on track.
✔ Customer Communication: Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams with professional email etiquette.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ A/L qualification (required)
✅ Experience in manufacturing processes (textile/color production preferred)
✅ Proficiency in SAP, Color Stitch, or Sedo Master applications
✅ Basic MS Excel skills
✅ Fluent English with strong written/verbal communication
