About Us:
Our client is a leading manufacturing company located in Horana. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Service Assistant to join their production team and ensure excellent customer service and efficient production coordination.

Job Description:
As a Customer Care Service Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating production processes, managing customer requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of samples.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop seasonal color pallets.
  • Coordinate with the commercial team and wet lab team to meet urgent requirements.
  • Collect daily physical swatches and hand them over to the laboratory for color development.
  • Enter sample data into the WBA system.
  • Identify bottlenecks and work closely with relevant stakeholders to prioritize orders.
  • Provide feedback with commitment times to the commercial team and customers.
  • Coordinate with sample coordinators to deliver samples.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team and customers to expedite the sample delivery process.

Qualifications:

  • Should have passed A/L.
  • Thorough understanding of the manufacturing process.
  • Experience in SAP, color stitch, and Sedo master applications.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good email etiquette and communication skills in English.
