Our client is a leading manufacturing company located in Horana. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Service Assistant to join their production team and ensure excellent customer service and efficient production coordination.
Job Description:
As a Customer Care Service Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating production processes, managing customer requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of samples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal color pallets.
- Coordinate with the commercial team and wet lab team to meet urgent requirements.
- Collect daily physical swatches and hand them over to the laboratory for color development.
- Enter sample data into the WBA system.
- Identify bottlenecks and work closely with relevant stakeholders to prioritize orders.
- Provide feedback with commitment times to the commercial team and customers.
- Coordinate with sample coordinators to deliver samples.
- Collaborate with the commercial team and customers to expedite the sample delivery process.
Qualifications:
- Should have passed A/L.
- Thorough understanding of the manufacturing process.
- Experience in SAP, color stitch, and Sedo master applications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good email etiquette and communication skills in English.
