Customer Care Service Assistant – Production
Job Description
Location: Horana, Sri Lanka
About Us:
Our client is a leading manufacturing company located in Horana, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the production industry.
Job Role:
- Seasonal color palette development.
- Coordinate with the commercial team and wet lab team to meet urgent requirements.
- Daily physical swatch collection and handover to the laboratory for color development, entering sample data into the WBA system.
- Identify bottlenecks and work closely with relevant stakeholders to prioritize orders.
- Provide feedback with commitment times to the commercial team and customers.
- Coordinate with sample coordinators to ensure timely delivery of samples.
- Collaborate with the commercial team and customers to expedite the sample delivery process.
Qualifications:
- Should have passed the A/L examination.
- Thorough understanding of the manufacturing process.
- Experience with SAP, Color Stitch, and Sedo Master applications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good email etiquette and strong communication skills in English.
