Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the smooth functioning of Gold Loan transactions and promoting activities to enhance the business.
• Identifying and accurately assessing and valuing gold articles.
• Adhering to all laid down policies, procedures, rules, and regulations for gold loans.
• Working to ensure the achievement of branch gold lending business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and skills in Gold Loan business-based lending, sales, and marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT literacy.
• The ability to be methodical, result-oriented, and work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining high levels of integrity.
