Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivable Division)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Follow up with customers for timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain and update customer ledgers and statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify receipts.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports related to receivables.
- Support audits independently and meet reporting deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have passed G.C.E. Advanced Level – Commerce Stream.
- Currently following or completed AAT / Management Diploma / Degree or a related qualification.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes.
- Good computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, accounting software).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
