Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a trusted name in the Roller Door & Steel Fabrication Industry in Sri Lanka, collaborating with an Australian Corporation. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Factory Manager to join our team in Millewa.

Job Description:

• Responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the factory processes.
• Work with production staff and management to achieve daily production targets.
• Provide direction to production management and employees to continuously improve quality and reduce waste.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain quality control standards and address any issues promptly to ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree/HNDA or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Production Management, or Management (added advantage).
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
• Computer knowledge with MS Office Packages is an added advantage.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Competent candidates living in the vicinity will be given priority.
• Age below 45 years.
