Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a trusted name in the Roller Door & Steel Fabrication Industry in Sri Lanka, collaborating with an Australian Corporation. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of skilled production employees to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production line.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise daily factory operations, ensuring efficient and timely production according to schedule.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with management, employees, and other departments.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and motivation.
